5.0(1)Cape Town combines mountains, beaches, historic neighbourhoods and wine country within one region, but its headline sights are spread out. A realistic plan groups the City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, Table Mountain and Waterfront into separate geographic blocks rather than treating the city as fully walkable.
Weather can change quickly around Table Mountain. Keep the cableway or a major hike flexible, check live conditions on the day, and use a clearer day for the peninsula or Winelands when possible.
